First things first: Hi to everybody!
Here's some shots from my own ENB-Config, which is early WIP.

Veeeery pretty, TV. But doesn't it get quite dark in the absence of light sources? Not that I mind dark, but I know who do.

Not too dark if you use the .esp, though there are some locations I kept dark because they are supposed to be terrifying.

Amazing TV.
I've said it to midhras a few times already, but I'll say it again here. Fallout 3 with ENB looks better than any Skyrim pics I've seen using any mods (including ENB). Just my opinion, maybe it is the desolate look appeals to me or something, I just think it looks so atmospheric, just awesome. Love TV and midhras looks for FO3.

You're just a sucker for moody, oppressive, slightly monochromatic shots, WMG.
TV, that shot with the windmill: gorgeous skies. Vanilla? Also, I love how big that sun looks in the first shot. If someone could do a plus 50% radius sun or something. Screw realism.
All from Midhrastic, but WIP.

Re: Fallout 3
Hi! Firstly, the screenshots in this thread are amazing. I've been lurking around on this forum for a few months now trying to scrape together enough knowledge to get my Skyrim ENB looking right. It still doesn't but I've learnt a lot... probably about 10% of the collective knowledge here. I'd keep lurking but I'm way too excited about the prospect of making Fallout 3 look as good as it should. I really think it (and New Vegas) are much better games than Skyrim. Hopefully I don't ask anything too dumb.
Here are early results. I started with Midhrastic ENB (sorry!) and made a new palette file which I've obnoxiously named "Mullins palette". I've been stumbling around enbseries.ini and enbeffect.fx breaking things quite a bit but it's probably still something like 70% Midhras.
+ Some quick test shots from TVENB. God damn it's hard to go back to my own settings after this.
I thought this raider was pretty stylish. If only he had emotions.
This is what I got when I dumped my palette file in over TV's. Played with the effect file a bit too. I really like the idea of using FXAA shaders, mostly because I feel like I know what I'm doing with those. Or at least I thought I did. Some settings didn't react the way I thought they would. I really have no idea what I'm doing. :[
