Well thank you... I haven't put it up for download, as it has some issues to address. I'll try and finish it soon, but I'm busy as hell atm.

It's ok, no rush for sure

I've tried tweaking ENB myself but it always comes up with tons of graphical errors (like my currently unfixable solid black underwater glitch :( or how I tend to sometimes make it WAY too bright :P )

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get horizon darker. Also, my water is SUPER bright.

What can I do to fix this issue? I have tried lower bloom and fiddling with gradientintensityhorizon, but is doesn't effect my problems.

First try decreasing fog color multiplier and curve.
