@return0x000 I've started to use your enb, and I can say that it is absolutely gorgeous during the day but lacking slightly at night. In particular, the aglow intensity and ambient lighting needed a slight tweaking to increase the overall lighting during the night. But overall, it's an incredible adaptation of the Fallout 3 TV ENB.
Here are some samples:

@EatThyFigs
Thanks, and thanks for the shots.
1. Hmm. I thought the nights almost perfect, but days lacking slightly at some conditions. Are you using `Nights are Darker` mod? I don't know how my preset look without it. Also monitor and it's settings (brightness/contrast) are important. I have test picture) If you see only moon and stars on it, then my monitor/settings differ to some extent. Ideally, you should see details on objects.
2. Grass. Are you using any grass mod? I didn't see it such green ever.
3. Some of your shots are from DLC? I have not played DLC yet. It seems that colors little different.
4. Bloom is pixelated on your shots. I never saw this effect on my HD5770. What GPU are you using?
@DrSalvador
You may change grass parameters in game config files. See one of my post above.

@return0x000
You're right, I was in fact using the "Darker Nights" option in my Project reality Menu. It looks much brighter now, sorry.The mod I used to make green grass is this:
http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/39856
And as for the pixelated bloom, that happens with every .enb I use, and I'm not sure how to fix it. Help would be much appreciated.
And as for the "DLC" featured in my screenshots, check this out:
http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/46907
Again, I'm using Project reality and other weather mods, so that could account for the lighting change you see in my screenshots. Your .enb does go pretty well with Project Reality, but it has flaws when it is paired to Nevada Skies, but I suspect that that is mainly due to Nevada Skies being very "domineering" with the game's lighting/saturation settings.

Re: Fallout: New Vegas
Ooh....ProjectReality....
I spend some time to make my preset work in conjunction, without much success.
Sometimes it looks really great, sometimes very very bad). Overall not playable. Maybe I will post some shots later. Or abandon New Vegas and will play Skyrim.
Pixelated bloom. I don't know how to help with it right now. What videocard do you have? Ten to one that you tried to install latest drivers. Right?..
As for the DLC I mean official DLC (thanks for the links anyway).

Re: Fallout: New Vegas
@return0x000: can I ask you to share your actual New Vegas mod list? I'm trying to understand which visual mods are not compatible with the ENB series... Thanks!

@Zazza
only one mod used: Nights are Darker (very recommended).
- People, send more of your screenshots with various enb presets. -
