Re: TES Skyrim

Does anyone else have the problem where when you look up, colors seems to loose their strength? In the first photo, the colors are strong, but when I look up, it looks like the tops of the trees are fuzzy. Why is that?

Re: TES Skyrim

@ Gionight
a warmly thanks to you (it's great to see that even with the slight starting issues we had @ the beginning that our work is going above this, and don't think i didn't noticed your endorsements each time before anyone else did recently thx Gionight) it was your amazing render work and results combined with Square Enix obviously Agnis Philosophy (Visualworks) and Crystal Dynamics Tomb Raider remake, Capcom here especially Kojima and his MGS Team, DontNod awesome new Studio (France) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqBkKfEyDGA , Project Cars, Remedy (Alan Wake), Dice (Mirrors Edge), NaugthyDog, Quantic Dreams, Bioware (Mass Effect), Trillvile, Midrahs, Mindflux, Opethefeld, Confidence Man, HappyKeen, Propa, Dogstar and parts of other results here that inspire me and my work though i try to push my own style and ideas on it and try to improve it, and of course a lot of work done around the World in the Bethesda Mod Community which is just awesome :)

All this is a really interesting ride especially understanding why people rate certain light conditions higher then others is really interesting to me and based on these results i will try to mix some previous results with newer and see how that turns out in perception :)

@ Trillville

This looks somehow strange the ambient lighting would suggest the Dragons Face and Body be better visible ?

the dark shadow area looks wrong where is it coming from ?

Re: TES Skyrim

Hey cruNcher... I'm not trying to talk for trillville, but from my experience with using TV_ENB that shot does not look in anyway strange, esp. for the time of day... trill's settings do use a low ambient, and the light is coming from behind... the tower is also dark, but there is detail present in both that and the dragon... maybe different monitor/displays settings give a different impression.

Oh, and thank you for including me in your list :)

@Gionight... a superb selection of images. Are you using a more up to date ENB release now? most of your recent shots have a different feel to them, and I like it very much :o

@trillville... simply breathtaking images 8-)

@Unreal... Amazingly high standards as usual... clear cool shots

@dpeasant... I love what you do, and I have no idea how you do it... its the same with Gio's work, there is lots of colour, but it avoids the tacky over-saturation - I just can't put my finger on it, in either how to describe it, and even less how to do it.

Lots of very good work from everyone else... just too much mention.

Re: TES Skyrim

@ Dogstar

Yeah it feels odd somehow though , might be just personal preference though i mean the region of interest is definitely the Dragon and seeing it so poorly lit gives a strange effect you not used from Cinemas 3 Point Lighting.

@ Evok99

Look here i also wrote something about it bellow his post and results http://enbdev.com/enbseries/forum/viewt ... 770#p13619

Though personally i don't want to go this way yet and see where i endup :)
