Since there's a means for ENB to detect when you're in an interior cell (that's what I'm presuming by INI settings like "DirectLightingDesaturationInterior"), could this be used to switch off parallax fixing while in an interior cell? The interior cell parallax shader doesn't work anyway IIRC. I made a choice recently between parallax effects and properly functioning interior specular highlighting on statics and stuff... and I sided with properly functioning specular. Sad to see the parallax go...

Better to turn off parallax when it can't work (ha-ha, never thought about this till now).

So is it possible to have ENBSeries not apply parallax on interior cells so specular works? Not sure if your reply was a "Why didn't I think of that?" epiphany or saying I should just shut it off... :?

Week ago i checked code where parallax bugfix is, it have switch to disable when fix can't be applied, don't know why it doens't work, wrote in todo list to download parallax mod again for testing.

Oh, err... I haven't DL'd 0.119 yet. Last time I checked it, it was still in a developmental state and didn't say anything about parallax fixes. I see mention of a parallax fix now though. Gonna try it now...

EDIT: Aaaand it's still bugging out for me. You don't even need the parallax stuff installed, the specular highlighting bugs out regardless. The parallax mess-up in interior cell spaces leaks over to screw up specular too. Try the main hall of the Palace of Kings in Windhelm, the doors there are severely affected by the bug.

EDIT2: Aaaand I'm derping badly. v119 was what I had installed to begin with. Trying v121...

EDIT3: Nope, still buggy.

Be sure to move about the room when testing. In some spots, the specular renders properly. In other spots, it breaks. I can't seem to find any pattern to it, but then again I can't see all sorts of invisible things in the game render scene (like light object ranges, where transparency meshes begin and end, etc).

I tested in savegame which previously was buggy with parallax, it doesn't have parallax textures, so guess it's fine now. And disabled parallax fix if shader is not for parallax computation, so this is main protection against issues. Unfortunately i lost test files from cretor of parallax mod, where parallax on walls not working properly as game do not set eye vector to the shader, but this at least less painful to eyes compared to specular.
