Uninstall not working!

Okay so I followed the install instructions and when I went into my game, NO TEXTURES WERE TO BE FOUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please, help me fix this asap as I am a HUGE Fallout New Vegas fan and want to get back to playing it as soon as I can.

You don't read included instructions, so better remove d3d9.dll from game folder, it's the best you can do.
