Re: GTA 4 v0.082 Beta 3

Find specific test with screenshots about quality compatison between 1.0.7.0 and previous. Only shadow quality increased (but it's unplayable at good fps and also have holes under cars). Better performance achieved by decreasing level of detail, r* foolish users.

Re: GTA 4 v0.082 Beta 3

- You forget the Multiplayer.

- New shadows on "Very High" decrease your fps, its true, but on high or medium we can play with better quality and performance than 1.0.4.

- Reflection resolution has been increased on 1.0.7. is a fact.

- The new option with 1.0.7 have called "Anisotropic Filter" improved detailed textures. I am too lazy comeback to 1.0.4 to take screenshot to compare, anyways also is a fact.

- The better management of memory is a fact, but if you dont want give us support its ok, we appreciated your hard work, and others many users are working for "adapt" (without skilighting of course) ENB for 1.0.7 & EFLC and multiplayer users. Which ultimately are the majority of users, you just have to around to the forums and see what you asked most people, and that is still with 1.0.4 is because it has no other choice if you want ENB conditions.

- Anyways, GTA V will be released soon, so thanks for your hard work, thanks to you we can see a GTAIV with "new" graphics.

>- You forget the Multiplayer.
I'm not playing multiplayer games and gta4 multiplayer sucks.

>- New shadows on "Very High" decrease your fps, its true, but on high or medium we can play with better quality and performance than 1.0.4.
There is no difference in shadows if set lower than highest quality.

>- Reflection resolution has been increased on 1.0.7. is a fact.
Do it yourself in config.

>- The new option with 1.0.7 have called "Anisotropic Filter" improved detailed textures. I am too lazy comeback to 1.0.4 to take screenshot to compare, anyways also is a fact.
Anisotropic filtering can be turned on in all games with hardware rasterisation.

>- The better management of memory is a fact
Better for whom? For me latest patch worse, read replies about it, half users say it's fixed their problems and performance issues, another half on the contrary.

I won't do version for latest patch, i hate R* now for what they are doing and how the act against me.

Yes, We know that, but with that you dont f**ck a R* but a users...

Honestly, the only reason you do not give support to the latest version is because you have a tantrum with R*, but for quite some time ago... you should forget this shit and listen the users.

Even if you do very well your work R* not going to hire you, is even more stubborn than you.

Re: GTA 4 v0.082 Beta 3

+1 i would also like to see enbseries made compatible for the latest gta 4 patch (1.0.7) , i dont think R* are bringing any more patches out for this game , they are focusing on gta 5 , also i get far better performance out of the final patch ( as in vram ) , it would be a shame to cut enbseries short for gta 4 and not finish the set for all patches

Re: GTA 4 v0.082 Beta 3

I don't know if someone managed to solve the problem with ENB Series 0.0.8.2 ..this last one..i downloaded put it in the right place and seems to work fine...i found NO bugs .. :)

Re: GTA 4 v0.082 Beta 3

@Boris V.

The only two disadvantages for 1.0.7.0:
1. ENB Series is missing minor effects (skylighting)
2. Objects at certan distances get dark looking.

But some people do have better performance with patch 4. Let me tell you that their not really having better performance. On Patch 4 I can put the Shaders on Very High. However I lag after a while on patch 7 with them on Very High, however I get the same performance with them on high. The patch 7 shaders on high are the equivlent of the patch 4 shaders on Very High.
Also the night shaders are on patch 4. Its controlled in shader density.

So, with same level graphic (includes shadows) with 1.0.7 I have better performance than 1.0.4.

Why should i spend month to adopt to latest patch? Ask yourself what you got with new patch except gays and why do you need it.

Boris, you are sure you know. What shader (name) is responsible for reflections on cars? Please, reply.

Re: GTA 4 v0.082 Beta 3

I have no idea about that, because modifying shaders passed as binary code, without names.
