So, after some researches as asked.
The problem comes from : enbeffect.fx
So,what I do with this one?
Edit: Used your ENBMote, and can now say it comes from color correction

Re: Luminosity blinking : annoying
Good, nice progress. I'm also suspecting the problematic presets are using HD6 code as he did some changes of his own to the original colour correction code.
It will be getting difficult now, but I guess you could either a) disable colour correction code at the beginning of enbeffect.fx by commenting it out, i.e. adding // in front of the line beginning with #define... or b) try to fix the code by comparing the modified code to that of the default ENB enbeffect.fx. Neither solution is easy because disabling colour correction will result in changes to brightness, contrast and saturation as well, and trying to fix the code will likely require a lot of hit-and-miss and going back and forth.
What presets would you like to use? I can take a look at well. Great to hear you found some use to my mote as well.

Re: Luminosity blinking : annoying
Yeah I saw the difference of brightness, kind annoying too but just lower the brightess could be just enough I guess.
I tried to modify a little but doesn't seems to work well actually.
Otherwise, the preset I use is True vision (Realistic) : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/15983
or The Wild (Climate of Tamriel version w/o vignette) : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/21123
!thanks if you have some time to look that

Sure, no problem. Which ENB binary are you trying to use, by the way?

That's too bad. It's difficult to troubleshoot because I don't have the issue.
What kind of system are you on? You wouldn't happen to be using the latest Nvidia beta drivers? If you are, roll back to the latest WHQL release (306.97). If you're on a desktop, you could also try to disable the on-chip Intel GPU.

I'm on W7, I'm not with beta driver, but I see some updates, I will try that
And for the intel GPU, I tried, but even when I say to use Nvidia one, he doesn't want sometimes, like for Wrapper version of ENB
