Dynamic resolution is what i totally hate, even idea of it. Degrade quality of effects is also same kind useless thing. If you can't buy videocard for comfortable gameplay, set up lower quality and resolution, that's my point of view. Also i have much better idea, which is very similar, but don't have such issues.

What about any kind of HBAO instead a "high" SSAO?

No, i'm moving in different way and hbao do not have good quality. Mine ssao is not ssao, i just name it so to simplify user's life.

Boris plz make ENB compatible with patch 7 just like patch 4 if it possible, so ENB setting on patch 4 will look the same on patch 7. Or just fix the red sky bug on patch 7. Better shadow is useless because on patch 7 we can choose the quality of shadow if your PC is strong enough.
The biggest wish is make a better reflection, more realistic, high resolution of ref, appear all around the car, the bottom of these cars in IV are just a black space, it's suppose to be the ref of the road. Make trees reflecting too if possible.

хотелось бы увидеть в gta 4 грязную линзу как в BATTLEFIELD 3 ,и текстуру для солнца

Нет текстуры у солнца, оно математически вычисляется кругом.

Its not possible , but Boris, have you considered SSDO ? (Screen-Space Directional Occlusion) It looks really good.
