enb for old dx8 games possible ?

Would be nice to enhance the underrated fps " Vietcong" with some ENB magic.
Is this possible at all ?
the first Deus EX game was also enhanched , but i dunno if that game was dx8 , nor if it was enb-enhanced.

Deus Ex is dx7 game with dx9 render developed by other modder. I'm not planning to touch dx8 games (convertor exist already), except few important to me, but i decided to make dx8 to dx11 convertor for them (unfortunately can't get working hardware for that, fail).
