But how could I pass up the reported 9% frame rate increase for Skyrim?

Okay, you said you opinion, get 9% of performance somewhere (while looking on to the sky i guess) and bugs. But imho much better simply to set display resolution 640*480, to call this new bug-o-feature and play have nice performance.

Whats the last "stable" Nvidia Driver without Bugs, if there is one? GeForce 306.97 Driver?

No, it means you need to test one of the newer drivers and see whether it works for you. I'm currently using 310.70 with no issues (GTX 670), but your mileage may vary.

Re: Nvidia 310.70 WHQL
Bwaaaaahhh! I ve to admit, I m using Windows 8 and Geforce GTX 660 and Nvidia tells me that the earliest Driver fitting my System is GeForce 306.23 Driver WHQL 306.23 13.9.2012.
Well, I will have to live with the current Drivers then ...
... most Presets are running without Problems, at least when I set waitBusyRenderer to true.
P.S. Most recent Driver is GeForce 310.90 Driver WHQL

Heyho! Just wanted to let you know that I ve no troubles with my GTX660, the latest Nvidia Drivers (GeForce 310.90 Driver WHQL) and ENB 0.139. I m using Boris default .fx Files except of enbeffectprepass.fx (Using Matsos).

Check if you're using a enbeffect.fx file with code by HD6 - I traced it back to his deblueify code on my system - disabled that and it got rid of the blue glow completely.
