Yes, GUI is Graphic User Interface. It is the menu you see in my screenshots. I grab the menu in my screen shots by using SweetFX. Regular ENB or Skyrim screenshots will not grab the GUI in the image.mat257 wrote:Thank you mindflux for your information. is it GUI the on screen enb menu settings? i understood that is it.
i wish to post my images but i dont know how..
can someone explain me? i wish to upload directly from my pc
You can upload via attachment button below the message text box.
You can also use image tags above the message text box, and input your image URL between them
Code: Select all
[img]imageURLgoesHERE[/img]
When you use the image tags, your image will show up like this:
If you use the forum attachment, uploading direct from PC, it will be a file located here:

Re: TES Skyrim
Hi all. Sorry for my silence at the moment, lots of stuff happening.. Anyways, I switched to SkyRealism and is slowly trying to rebuild my config from that base (which is quite awesome if you ask me). My old config had some problems with stuff like a wierd pixel outline, and foggy and overcast weather that I somehow managed to screw completely over..
Well, here's the same shot in different times of day. Playing with palettes at the moment to try and get some blue into the night and shadows and some green/orange into the sunny days. As it is quite difficult to control color in skyrealism I think, or I just lag the knowledge to do it.
I'm not sure if I like that new road texture.. Well, at least it is much higher res than original texture, which was a pain to look at

I like the colors. Sky looks like CoT weather.
Road is ok, is it everywhere like that, or only some places?
That rock in the front/center. What is with the shadows? Is that SSAO? I see shadows sometimes, other times none. These things like this with SSAO drive me crazy!
Night time shadows, fake sun, pisses me off too. Please we need a real moon Boris, please

The first thing I was going to say was to ask what the hell happened to your road The rock texture looks good, though.
Looks cracking good, nice work in resurrecting your previous settings as the screens definitely have your trademark vibe all over them. I have to admit I also took a look at SkyRealism a while ago, but I guess I'm too used to working with the default ENB stuff since I couldn't come up with anything useful and indeed felt a bit restricted.
Sorry about the neck seam, looks like there are some issues...

How do you get such bright skin? For me, especially indoors, NPC skin is always so bronzed. I have my SSS settings pretty far down because of it removing tree self-shadows. But even with SSS way up, it rarely makes any difference indoors (lack of ambient and directional I assume).
My solution was going to be when I have time create different base textures for all the races, instead of one grey base. Though Redguards look really awesome with my current preset. Just everyone else is too dark.

Ah, splendid! Yes I was kind of busy with family/christmas/new year, you know.. usual real life stuff. Don't forget to make frequent backups of those configs! We sure as hell don't want to lose them, aye ?

Smokin Jesus titties cinnamon! Wow. That lighting is amaaaaazing.mindflux wrote:
Did you ever post the face textures you're using? Any mods to hair? She looks so perfect there. I'll be in my bunk....
There are some glaring issues with this TV ENB preset I'm using... hoping TV can perfect it. I'll probably switch to something else to play through the game. Maybe if Mindflux tells me what he's using up there.... In the meantime... some more of the butchered TV ENB + SweetFX.
Now without the 2.35:1 ratio..

Re: TES Skyrim
I think I'm going to give up on ENB tweaking and just wait for mindflux to release his config. Something tells me I am going to need a lot of patience for that though, haha
