I don't know. Is this happen with latest version of the mod or with included to gta4-mods archive?

When i downloaded the enb of gta4 mods i just pasted the files in the directory. The version included with the mod itself is v0.079 sora.

Maybe it has anything to do with the gta 4 version? i play on 1.0.7.0.

Patch 7 is not supported in all existing versions of the mod. Wait when i finish it or better install 1.0.4.0, step by step tutorial to downgrade is available on gtaforums.com (don't remember link)

This is because of timecyc, non ENB related, the game read the timecyc in different ways betwen old and newest patch, you just have to use a timecyc made for 1.0.7.0 or the original L3EVO's one (this is the only one compatible with bouth patches)
