ENB's mouse cursor in the ingame config is always a rotating sandglass? Is it intended?
Also, ingame config doubles my keyboard input for some reason. For ex i input 3 and get 33, etc.

Скайрим с патчем v. 11, версия игры 1.8 и тд, модов никаких, в skyrimprefs.ini строчки добавлены, из дополнений только текстуры от бетезды, версия enb v.132 - запуск игры - игра работает, меню все есть. загружаемся - черный экран, но игра идет, диалоги,звук и тд есть. Настройки енб - дефолт. (написано что должно быть сглаживание - его нет, в загрузочных экранах 3д иконки эти все пикселястые.) На скрине видно, что никакой анизотропной фильтрации тоже нет, хотя в настройках енб она включена(в игре она выкл).

Раньше такого не было. С другими версиями enb. Отражения, скай лайтинг я включал\выключал - одинаково. Драйвера 310.70 нвидия, система win7 x64, i5 3570k 4.5ghz, 8gb ram, gtx 470.

Качни DirectX Web Update и обновись. Дрова нвидии ставь 310.90, в 310.70 была какая-то дыра небезопасная, в любом случае рекомендуется обновиться.
Без ENB то скайрим пашет нормально?

Is SSAO supposed to look like this? Very darkened, with haloing around everything.

Reflections on water become "jumpy" with viewing angle changes. You can see without ENB the fresnel reflections and reflection map transition more smoothly. The framerate is a bit jumpy because of FRAPS, and my new replacement GPU doesn't come until later today, so I hope the video makes the issue clear.
(Edit: Though it doesn't bother me much, I thought it may be a bug. Though I could live with it if it meant having ENB screen-space reflections applied to the water as well. )
Also, inventory items have their own point lighting but when you are in interiors the lighting can easily become overblown. I have high point lighting intensity values for my interiors, and it makes books unreadable, as well as making inventory items too bright:

Particle Intensity settings for Day and Night seem to not be separate...(it looks dark in the pictures, but it is day time) Intensity Night affects adaptation. Is this correct?

Not completely separate as they need to be interpolated between day and night, so don't use such extreme values.

I don't think there's a way to detect when inventory is used, but Boris knows better. I guess you could always do a quick ESP to fix the issue for your own use.

Баг вряд ли не смогу найти, потому что данная версия драйверов глючная, притом у меня не глючит из-за старой видяхи (они вообще ничего не обновили видимо под нее). Пробуйте версию v121212, если глючит как скрин 0.121, попорчены настройки или шейдеры, либо дрова полное г.

It's game "feature". Have you seen that leaves animation stopped working when frame rate is about 20-25? The same with reflections, they not rendered each frame at low fps. Also at third person look game have bug with drawing sky to reflections texture, another "feature" of vanilla game.
I don't know how to make separate parameters for inventory items or turn them off, scene on background is also rendered, so only turning off mod entirely will help, i'll try to experiment.

Which version is working without issues at all, but after 0.120? I did changes in 0.129 beta and they not worked, the same with 0.130 existed, but i'm confused now, previous topics have reports about issues, now everything turned like old were good. Is that mean that new bugs even worse, plus older not fixed?
Btw fixed inventary objects, they are now vanilla (but not in this included version).
