Yeah it is, but I can't find a way to have it react to night and day though :/ Not yet atleast.
By the way, the new way the night/day detection triggers is by the horizon right, it's color or intensity right? Or am I mistaking??
I just thought of another way, create special skies for dungeons and such with properties that would trigger the night setting at all time. It's just an idea.

That's even far better ! By 'dungeons', you mean all interior locations, right ? If this can be done, that would really be something.
I solved my issue by disabling sky for any interior location via the CK right now, so if you could find a way to 'emulate ' a sky....

Yes, by the intensity (brightness) of the horizon.
Well, I guess happy blue skies with white puffy clouds would look kind of funky, so maybe go for something that just doesn't draw attention to it. There's still fake light from sun/moon that should help create some illusion and mask the sky.
I have actually tried what you suggested (create special weather for dungeons), it's possible if you create a new region and assign it to the dungeon, then create a new weather (one type will probably suffice) and assign it to the region.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.138
I have already started creating new "dungeon/interior" regions
I will make two sets, interior's and dungeons, as there are some interior's I see fit to have day/night values. Otherwise having interior day/night seperation but making a plugin that makes the interior's only trigger the night time settings would be kind of unnecessary to have the interior Day/Night time cycle in the first place don't you think.
But if you insist on just wanting night settings I will do a version with that aswell, but I want to have Day/Night values in some interior's
I will do a quick test with one interior with the new Region applied to it, and see if it works as intended and if it does I will upload it here to see if it works for you guys aswell.

Uh, who? Not me in any case, I think it would be perfect if interiors with windows (I guess that's pretty much all of them) would have day and night interpolation but none of the dungeons. But if you insist on just wanting night settings I will do a version with that aswell, but I want to have Day/Night values in some interior's.

Sorry, dinner was calling, here in France
If you manage achieving that thing, you'll be my hero
If only I hadn't this strangeness....
I don't want only night settings. I mean, if it's a 'fake' sky you're creating, it'll be OK if it has day/night cycles
I'll have a test with it and tell you immediatly if it messes up my interiors again, anyway. So, do like you initially thought it was the best.
You have the skills here, I don't

France eh, nice country, was in Paris awhile back with my old school class, first thing we did was to go to a bar and have us a couple of beers, the teachers didn't like that at all hehe but when on vacation you know
It will be like vanilla sky, but for the dungeons and other interior cells that doesn't cast any kind of sunlight the night settings will be the only thing used in that particular cell, atleast that's the plan and for places like Dragonsreach for example, both the day and night settings will be used. So you will have a kind of interior and dungeon seperation going on as I have planned since I started mentioning this modifcation.

For me all loading screens are ignored, only at some moments mod is turning on and off, it's one frame probably. Perhaps can't fix if with my game don't see issue.
--JawZ--
One more thing, secondary user config still not working with all versions which have GUI, i did a fix only now, so if you are testing with it, remove.
No, i don't think so. Almost finished another version, it have statistics and then you could see if it bug or not. Also changed trigger code in case of no sky drawed at all.But as I said, no weather mod. Can it be related ONLY to a sunglare texture ? Makes no sense, right ?
Wrong detector curve (mine is set to 1.0) ?
Or... can it be related to adaptation settings in the effect.fx ? toobright value for example ?
