Actually, i ve downloaded "SKYRIM ENHANCED SHADERS FX Beta - PureENB 103 C". The mod works fine, however i cant make increases fps beyond 10-20 exteriors. In Interiors the fps increases to 30-50 without issues. i tested with the SSAO fast version. Also i proved the BlurSharpShift Addon effect, with and without it. And nothing improves or worse the fps.
so, any suggestions? i will appreciate it so much.
well, cya!

Fredroxin - Have you tried lowering Skyrim resolution a notch ? This is what worked for me..
My system:
i7 920
ATI 5870 1GB
6GB DDR3
EVGA X58 Mobo
At 1920x1080, I average 40-50 FPS running Vanilla Skyrim with Ultra settings. With ENB SSAO, I'm lucky to get 2 FPS. Rather than sacrifice the quality of SSAO (by disabling or reducing effect parameters) to get playable frame rates, I dropped to a lower resolution at 1680x900. On my 24" monitor the lower resolution gives the appearance of watching a movie in widescreen format (black bars top/bottom) and I can run ENB SSAO + IL at max quality with all the HD texture mods AND Skyrim 2xAA... the game looks gorgeous and I now average at least 35 or 40 FPS.
