I noticed that when facing the directions south-west, west, and northwest, part of the screen becomes transparent. Someone else posted this problem recently. Boris said he won't fix it because he can't duplicate the issue. But I have a pretty good idea as to what's causing it. The newest FNV4GB loader is causing it (version 1.6). So, Boris, perhaps you could install that loader (it's the one with the "EXE" folder, that's what is running). I've read where people can't get ENB to work with that one, but you can. You just have to put D3D9.dll in the EXE folder. Problem is, you get terrible transparency problems when running that version of the 4GB loader. I've found that you don't have that problem with the old 4GB loader that used to be linked at NVSE website. That version is the one that creates a "FalloutNV.4GB" that runs. The transparency but doesn't effect that one, but after one quick test and load of FNV, I found the sky is missing. Just a deep blue void with no clouds or coloration to the sky. That could be because of my settings in the enb.ini. I'm going to test more with the sky problem. But just wanted Boris to know that the newest 4GB loader, found on Nexus, is the problem (or some of the problem - here's hoping Boris can reproduce and pinpoint why).

Let me know if you need any more info.

WAIT WAIT! The problem isn't the loader. Either the old or the new works. The problem is with overclocking applications. Specifically, my problem was with MSI Afterburner. As long as I wasn't running Afterburner, I didn't have a transparency problem.
