Oh yeah, got it now. If I'm not mistaken those are vanilla textures, so unless you're using a texture replacer, you should see them in your game as well (on noble furniture).

Gigaflare referes to a glitch that can sometimes happen when using the "set timescale to XXXX" command. I've only seen it once... it's quite spectacular. In general, it's just a more colorful preset than his others. Interiors are a bit bright though. I think he left in an old "pointlightingintensityinterior" setting. So I turned it way down and all was fine.
