Hey,
I am having the same issues. Could you please describe in detail how you fixed it? I do not know which prefs.ini you meant and how you disabled anti aliasing there.
Thank you

Find My Games/Skyrim/SkyrimPrefs.ini and set iMultiSample to 0.

Also if you haven't done it already, download Nvidia Inspector and check from the Skyrim (listed as Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim) profile that AA is not forced.

Thany you very much for your reply.
I have now turned it off, but I am still experiencing the issue. Is there any AMD equivalent to NVIDIA inspector? I Have a Radeon 7870

If I remember right you can set application profiles in ATI Catalyst, it should be installed with the drivers.

Also run Skyrim Launcher and double check that AA is disabled in Options.

AA in Settings is disabled.
In the Catalyst Control Center, I have disabled all Anti Aliasing and I have overridden the AMD preset for Skyrim with my no-AA Settings. There is still the same issue :-/
