Any chance you could link every version released in between 0.139 and 0.145 so i can try them out for you?
I believe i didn't see it in 0.143 but i would need the DLL to check.

I had that problem initially, just need to adjust SSAO
Lower SamplingRange, AOAmountInterior and ILAmountInterior

Have you tried disabling Detailed Shadows? This setting seems to alter alot of things that aren't always neccessarily for the best when used in conjunction with other mods. A good example of this is in the mod Alternate Start. I haven't gotten around to fully testing if it causes flickering in the mod yet but will give it a try later once I get around to playing with 0.145.Svarog wrote:Can anyone else confirm that 0.145 isn't working properly with Enhanced Lights and FX?

I tried the same ENB Config with 0.119 and it doesn't have the problem.
The only other Lighting Mod i have installed is Laterns of Skyrim, which is compatible with ELFX.

Try disabling this command under detailed shadows;
ShadowCastersFix=true set it to false. If already set to false disable the whole effect like UnrealWarfare said.
Also try disabling Skylighting. and the other effects one by one until you either find the cause or you can't turn any more effects off.

I tried your preset with 145, ELFX and see no problems. I also have CoT (outside is very dark with your preset lol).

And it would be simpler if you could found what do this by turning everything off step by step.
