So.. I will not be able to play with ENB. Any idea when you will be able to have a look at this problem?

Well, you got some info on what could cause it, or be a source for the cause.

I did about 14 versions to fix only thumbnails on autosave in same code location, how i can test isue like you have if it's even more complex? When i have bug myself, to find and fix cost no more than half an hour, but in other cases...

Trial and error, that's kinda what it is.

I tried older driver versions of NVIDIA, like really older. They range up to September 2012. They all didn't wanna get along with ENB.
The menu screen wouldn't show up but the options were still selectable. When I got in-game then nothing worked. It was all just black screen and weird coloured shapes going on dancing.

This is just a side note, since it's not the actual problem. But sadly, older drivers didn't help.

Did you change these options in SkyrimPrefs.ini?

Code:
bFloatPointRenderTarget=1
bDrawLandShadows=1
bTreesReceiveShadows=1

It's kind of easy to forget about these settings if you've uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim after a while.

EDIT: I just actually read the OP and noticed that they specified that they had configured SkyrimPrefs.ini, but anyone having the problem could still double-check, as well trying to disable some overlays like MSI Afterburner or any extra Nvidia Control Panel/CCC stuff.

I have configured those to the exact same value.

And you've disabled any and all overlays such as Afterburner and even the Steam Overlay?

I had the same problem this morning. At one point the game would not start at all after installing SKSE, so I disabled MSI Afterburner's OSD in addition to fixing SkyrimPrefs.ini's values, and now the game runs fine without that translucent box. If you already had those values set correctly, then I'm just assuming that both of our problems are/were caused by overlays.

I'm playing a non-steam version. So, no overlay, no nothing.

Also: My NVIDIA driver is configured the way that it won't interfere with my .ini settings.
