So am I the only one who notices a lot of presets that have the entire screen consistently blurry?

Great images everyone.
I like how there's varied tastes and the ability to tweak it to make it look so different from one preset to another.
Eventually I would like to try different presets I see on here.

that blue fog alway happen in " skyrim -clear weather " i dont see when it is rain or snow jaw. -.-
