I agree, and thanks for pointing it out. Sometimes it's not easy to see flaws when you get used to seeing the same visuals over and over.
Is there any way to simply lighten the AO affect in settings? Like a curve option? I forget if one exists for SSAO.

@Saltr - Thank you :)

Re: TES Skyrim

@CM,

The colors are always looking very natural in your shots, not supersaturated like most of ours. There's just one thing missing, and for the life of me I can't figure it out.

Edit: I think it's just those textures, they don't seem to match the realistic look you're trying to achieve. Get the HD pack!

@Far327,

If you mean like a color curve for AO, then you could try to add/subtract a little bit of IL with it. Although the AO is still mostly limited to the ambient colors if I'm not mistaken.

Nice job on the EMO Hair!

Speaking of curves.....

Re: TES Skyrim

symphonicjohn: Thanks. The link that Far327 gave me works. The inspectors I have downloaded before turns out just to be drivers, for some odd reason.. If I want to use SSAO with a game that doesn't support it, how do I do that? How is the process? Do I have to turn it ON in the nvidia control panel first and then in the inspector? Does the inspector need to stay open when playing?
I have seen videos of SSAO working on both dark souls and path of exile. but how do I get it to work?

It's easy. Start Inspector, click the little wrench icon, open the Profiles pull-down menu and select the game you want, for example Dark Souls. The various settings for the game come up. Click on Ambient Occlusion setting under Common and select either Quality or High Quality, then click on Ambient Occlusion usage right below and select Enabled. If need to (check the web for tips), you can also alter AO compatibility bits under Compatibility. After you're done, you can close Inspector, the settings take effect automatically when the game is run.

If there's no profile for the game, you need to create one using the toolbar icons and add the application (usually the game executable) to your newly create profile.
