--JawZ-- wrote:Actually that preset is based around my EWE mod and I had reduced the colors red and green by 0.2 from 1.0 in the enbeffect.fx file, used PP 3 and set my sky curves to 2.0 and compensated with the gradient sky intensity setting. a very simple base preset so far only.

Here are the settings you'll need to achieve something similar;

enbseries.ini

[SKY]
GradientIntensityDay=2.5
GradientIntensityNight=0.6
GradientDesaturationXX=0.0
GradientTopIntensityXX=1.0
GradientTopCurveXX=1.7
GradientMiddleIntensityXX=1.0
GradientMiddleCurveXX=2.0
GradientHorizonIntensityXX=1.0
GradientHorizonCurveXX=2.0

enbeffect.fx

#define POSTPROCESS 3
#define APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION 1/On

EAdaptationMinV3 = 0.01;
EAdaptationMaxV3 = 0.12;
EToneMappingCurveV3 = 14.0;
EToneMappingOversaturationV3 = 8.0;

I will see about uploading a preset though but it is based on EWE and will look awful without it. Or maybe not awful but not as good at least.
Thanks!
I'm not sure, what does XX mean? And where can I get your EWE mod?

Re: TES Skyrim

I put the XX there instead of writing all the different time periods, Exterior - Day and Night, Interior - Day and Night

You can find my latest EWE alpha on page 961

On other notes I just recieved my eye-one colorimeter today and man what a difference in colors :) I thought the pictures on the previous page and before looked amazing but now it truly is like looking at them from a set of new eyes :D

Okay, thanks. :)
The following line:
//#define APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION
Was, as it's shown, commented with two slashes. Picture looks more like yours that way. Should I uncomment it?
Well, I should've expect that. Bugs. I'm sorry, it looks like all such stuff happens to me...

Re: TES Skyrim

What have you uncommented there exactly? the ENB_FLIPTECHNIQUE or the APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION or maybe something else, I have never seen such effect being caused by uncommenting anything in the .fx which didn't have any faulty coding.

What the APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION does is it disables the use of the "coloring" to put it in simple terms and only use the ENB to determine the colors, brightness, contrast, bloom and so on. With that disabled you will lose basically every effect vanilla has more or less, the most noticeable change is the more washed out colors and that it has no vanilla bloom or vanilla adaptation present.

I run with the APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION enabled actually and in my latest shots I have used PP 3 which can create similar look that comes with disabling APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION. And I have posted my PP 3 settings several times already.

I will soon have my EWE preset ready for upload I'm just adjusting it to vanilla weathers so there will be two presets for anyone who doesn't want to run the limited EWE Alpha preset, limited as in looks good in my weathers and not so much in the rest :P

It's been like this:

Code: Select all

//#define APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION
I changed it this way:

Code: Select all

#define APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION 1/On
With first variant it looks just like your shots. :) But this weird sepia effect remains anyway:

These two switch in a loop with every frame, blinking as hell. :) Looks just like old-ass analog TV, broken or not adjusted to a channel properly. :) It must be something with my drivers.

Re: TES Skyrim

Or skyrim settings or perhaps 3rd party tools activated which does not go well with ENB.

For testing purposes try using the files from the ENB 0.157 check your skyrimprefs.ini settings, make sure you do not have any hardware AA or AF activated and close down every program you can during this test to see if it helps.

I don't have any third-party tools except EMBinjector no hardware AA/AF, and my skyrimperfs.ini is like:

Code: Select all

bFloatPointRenderTarget=1
bTreesReceiveShadows=1
bDrawLandShadows=1
bShadowsOnGrass=1
Well, when I turned on AA and AF with in-game settings, glitches disappeared, but it says "quality reduced, some effects disabled", so gotta ask Boris.
