(Confidence-)Man, I love your pics.Confidence-Man wrote:That's a neat look saltr. Might look cool with the Borderlands-like edge effect that some people used a long time ago.

Any chance of you uploading your config?
I'd be feeling eternally obliged.

Re: TES Skyrim
Just tried out kalicola's new ENB he posted on Nexus...
Loving it! The nights are exactly what I like regarding brightness and direct lighting.
Days are VERY realistic! Foliage just pops with this ENB. It looks super amazing IMO!
I have one little thing I noticed which I'm curious about. It's not a bad thing really,
but I've not encountered it before in an ENB. Basically, there is this green tint in the shadows often.
It could be my eyes, but so far it's actually an effect I like. Especially while in forest landscapes.
Gives the feeling that the light bouncing from foliage is apparent on the character.
Again it could be my eyes, but I also noticed in the Whiterun area that there was a more brown tint?
Is this also light bouncing off objects / ground / foliage to create the tint? Very realistic IMO.
I'm a fan kalicola! GREAT JOB!!
Those are all VANILLA textures below guys...
All Vanilla below accept the race / hair and armor...
All Vanilla below... I can only imagine what this ENB will look like with some texture lovin'

Re: TES Skyrim
@Confidence-Man: You've achieved the most realistic look I've seen so far in this thread. The picture with the argonian is just perfect.
Having worked with the ck a lot to modify the weather patterns I can tell that you've put a lot of efford into your config (plus the time consuming ENB tweaking itself), but it truly payed out. It makes me want to pick up my .esp again, but it looks like it won't happen before May

@ crystallize
It's probably because JawZ is reworking his ENB preset as we speak. You've yet to receive his latest update.
And banding is caused, in this case, by the sun and sunglare texture. After all, it's a raster image, not a vector.
@ JawZ and Oyama
Uh oh! You guys are cooking up a big one with splitting everything in the enbeffect.fx file? That sounds like fun, being able to control every aspect of colour control.... and for DNI too
Anywho, more eye-straining bloom..... got some interesting messages from people on Nexus as to why I love hot bloom. My response: because it's hot

Well... --JawZ-- 's cooking, I'm just trying to add some spice here and there, but it's nothing compared to his own work, really.

@Confidence-man
Very well balanced please show us a how a TOD Realtime change from Dusk till Dawn looks, i think this is the hardest part to get right when driving for something realistic
@Kalicola

@Oyama

Re: TES Skyrim
Making a new very vanille-friendly enb based on my current released enb (Nordic enb). This one is a little less colorful, has brighter nights, better fog and more. The main reason i wanted to create a new one was because i didn't want to base my enb on the no longer supperted "Realistic Lighting legacy weather file" from Realistic Lighting Overhaul. This is a new standalone enb that doesn't require any other mods to look the way i want it to.
