I am seeing a lot of very dark places, similar to this image. I cant even see the entrance to the Dark Brotherhood because it's just pitch black. Stairs and doors are VERY dark also. What can I edit with the SHIFT+ENTER to fix this? I tried turning "detailed shadows" to OFF - didn't work.

Also my sun can be see through buildings. I turned the sun rays off, which off course fixes the sun, but everything goes DARK, as seen in the last picture. What can I edit with the SHIFT+ENTER to fix this?

Add bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 to SkyrimPrefs.ini, and if on Nvidia, downgrade to latest WHQL drivers.

Both are already done and have been. SkyrimPrefs.ini is set to read-only so it's not changing either.

GeForce GTX 560 Ti. I'm going down the list but I've tried the current version all the way to 310.90 (Jan 5, 2013). That's 4 I believe. Restart, open skyrim, same thing. Very dark areas and sun is visible through walls and buildings. I really want to know if there is an option in SHIFT+ENTER edits that I can modify to fix this.

Find evey SkyrimPrefs.ini on your pc, including game folder, modify there bFloatPointRenderTarget=1. Make sure ForceFakeVideocard=false is set in enbseries.ini. Uninstall video drivers before downgrading them and install forceware 2xx.xx

bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 is already set and it doesn't change, so that cant be the problem. bFloatPointRenderTarget=1.
ForceFakeVideocard=false was set to false also.
