Re: GTA 4 v0.163

Hello Boris, I can tell you're busy with a big skyrim update and other ENB mods, I was wondering if you could add a Reflections desaturate value. I noticed that I can get a perfect sky color but too colorful reflections. If its as easy as a few lines of code to add please consider but If its more complicated than that then don't worry about it

RedFlamez
No. I can, but will not do this, it's the way to dead end.

I have tried, I spent all morning trying to. :? I can't figure out what to do. If I decrease the Colorpow of the sky in the enbseries ini file reflections look perfect but the sky looks gray. If I increase it the sky looks perfect but reflections look too saturated.. The way my timecyc is configured, the sky is based on the add. sky options so I cant really change those without messing up the sky.

well in that case you've trapped ur self in those conditions - my car reflections are almost colorless, with light tinting depending on weather/time

I see, maybe I have to go through and reconfigure my setts, it will take alot of time now, btw yours look great! Did you make the dof yourself I remember playing around with your enb a few weeks back.

Here's one of mine I just took while I was already at the airport, the reflection don't look too bad here but they are worse with black cars:

Re: GTA 4 v0.163

I want to mention that sky in reflections is almost same as generic sky, i did that to make it look equal (especially clouds).

Thanks boris, I actually just figured this out. I made changes to the sky and the reflections looked horrible so I figured it was based off of the generic sky. Now I know how to get better reflections, by turning off enbseries and doing the sky that way..

Example .. Blue Sky, Green Reflections:

thx for the reply, unfortunatly not - I'm using one from "Blender" (its some kind of CGI render, I'm not sure), but I can say that GTAIV implementation took alot of my time

u got rly bright blue tint - try to reduce all params in additional sky options in Timecyc -> addredsky, blue sky (mostly!!!), green and red.
