Yep that's right. Looking forward to having both of our mods done so I can see how they differ in the end.

Yeah me too, fun to see how we each solved the lighting in our own way for a better ENB experience. I think I have strolled away from Boris initial Directional Settings a bit further than you have though, at least in the clear weathers it seems.

And speaking of ENB experience here is my Default preset for ELE;

These two first shoots only has Sky properties and SSAO changes to it, rest is vanilla settings.

Here the big changes in settings start. I tweaked between a lot of these pictures.

Sorry about the resolution on these two pictures but it's late and I don't have energy to correct imageshacks mistake in resizing.

I'm using the Tundra Weathers here as I have yet to cover the Fall Forest weathers yet.

Now that I've got a computer than can run this worth a damn, been playing around with a slightly modified Kalicola ENB. Really enjoying the look of it, and it's nice that it doesn't completely kill my framerate.

Looks good Jawz, making great progress on your mod!

Lot's of tweaking done today along with some new experimental code whose effect I am liking so far.

Thanks Dinkledorf :) Whatever that code is it seems to make for some good screen captures.

Damn it's hard to keep everything in the sky as you want, get the color as you want while keeping the same Day/Night trigger value and at the same time removing the sky banding.

I've started with the final touches or adding the "uniqueness" back to the weathers. Will have the same difference between the weathers as in vanilla more or less. Not that they will be colored like vanilla it will just have the same varied look to each other.

With ENB deactivated in-game.

With ENB Activated.

And with the clouds activated

Here is the cloudy weather at the same time, unsure if I should have the clouds at this intensity but they are darker without the ENB preset.

Is that lush grass with darker green texture, looks great except that she goes totally under compared to the horse eh unicorn which definitely shouldn't be the case @ this light condition she seems to stand in a evil shadow ? but the grass color for the light condition is really excellent :)

also the daylight ambient color of the grass is perfect here imo and how it has those darker spots and light spots really cool

Image

i mean all this is my subjective opinion tastes may differ but i really like the results im seeing here Unreals results where the last time i was this amazed from this specific part of light interaction with ENB :)
And your results even amaze me a tad more if i remember Unreals non High Gama response results correctly which some time has past now since :)

We shouldn't really get those results lost and share how we have achieved them :)

Also the light skin and hair interaction is great here :)

Image

@OhKay

you absolutely got my heart with that environment light and texture setup for a non High Gama response PBL result, more more please more :)

Also this some parts i really like some parts i dislike but overall this is wow again very subjective :)

Image

overall it feels very consistent yet very rich which you hardly see in this excellence my subjective impression again, i guess you realize im really flashed by your results, obviously many stuff is going to brake rather apart in this excellent light setup in this fantasy world :)

is this ELE with Skyrimclear weather ?

Just looked @ Realvision ENB results it could be really a nice base for PBL work your results show that clearly also :)
