So I have tried this mod. My Nexus nick is Crosh by the way and yeah, I was quite, shall we say, impressed to put it mildly. This is better than all those "Confidence man" ENB settings altogether.
Thanks for you info on how to reduce DOF focus time and fog intesity. However the prfomance thig seems to differ.
I also have ASUS ENGTX 460, OCd and I get 40 indoors, about 30 outside; never got 60. 30 is smooth for this game and there is no control lag for most part, but there is, as I mentioned, an issue where FPS drops very much when first-person using the spells. I am sure it has to do something with higher resolution lighting of spells in first person, many other ENB have this issue but yours seems to be a lot better in every respect so I hope something can be done about this drop.
I am using SMAA enabled, No SSAO with DOF.

i tried your mod, it does not work for me, i get a very extremely flashing images, extreme flickering and fucked up colors, can u post an how to ?

The second you said "flashing" I could tell you have a non-nvidia card, most likely an ATI, and you are trying to use a SSAO enabled set. If not, then let me know what you are trying to do with what hardware. If that is the case, use a non-ssao set and you should be ok. ATI and ENB SSAO are notorious for not playing nice.... yet.

I'm using an ATI card too (6950 1GB) and the SSAO version but I'm not having any problems. Should I be?

I do have ati 5970 and using ssao yep.

but also i do with my enb personal settings and it works...
