Thank you Jawz and Canlocu, appreciate it.

A few indoors, trying to balance color and saturation in darker areas of the scene, trying being the key word. :?

Thanks, I'm actually using vanilla foliage for now... Haven't really found a good replacement. I'd say your interiors are shaping up really nicely - I myself usually like to go with a bit more pop but I always go overboard with it, in comparison yours look very balanced and realistic in tones. Nice shadows as well, looks dark and moody but you can still make out details. I bet you could actually play the game :P

@mindflux - thanks, I always say to myself that I am not going for realism as its a tough assignment in skyrim, but always end up trying to go that way anyway, ahh well.

I hear you on the pop, and this is still in the works. I have tried so many different ways to control the brights to a reasonable level while keeping everything else balanced. I have new code that I put together to allow for some management of darks and brights that I am still tweaking which will hopefully end up providing desirable results. I have found along the way out that my math skills are pretty sad indeed!

Kermles has some code that controls the bright and dark areas a bit more specific, if you haven't already tried his enbeffect.fx you might wan't to check it out. It is also applied to the bloom as curve bloom if I remember correctly.

Is there a way to get your PC to do NPC animations? I'm sure I've seen people's shots with their character reading books, or sitting on the ground.

There are such animations mods as far as I can recall which utilizes the FNIS mods added animation thingy's (haven't paid much attention to such mods) and though it is mostly used as a static way to force a certain stand or whatever it has other uses as well, such as enabling new types of animations. There are mods that does what you want over at the nexus but I have no links to give you though, too busy at the moment to search through the net for any mods.

You can use the Engines Playidle function for that

open console
click on the NPC your Player
playidle [animation name]
enter

done :)

needs FNIS as --JawZ-- said

I think you might like to check out Dovahkiin Relaxes too, http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13931.

I hear you regarding struggling with brightness levels. I'm right now struggling with balancing adaptation for interiors, I want the light sources to really pop when in shadow, but at the same time the shadowed nooks and crannies shouldn't get unrealistically bright... Other problem is bloom and contrast, I want to evoke a moody atmosphere, but it easily becomes too fuzzy. And I totally hear you regarding math! Just a little bit more complex code goes straight over my head.
