Starting to work on a super HQ config. Think I also need to work on buying a new graphics card

I manage around 22 to 30 average fps (sometimes up to 60 indoors..)with my current dof+ssao config I'm working on but I might shell out for a new card to get some buttery frames. This game has the potential to look absolutely stunning but I'd love to play it at a solid 45 fps if possible. I am using a ati 6850 but does anyone know if I would be able to get a stable 45-60 fps with geforce 570 maxing out enb etc..?? I am running quad amd with 8G ram.

What the mods you are using for hair, face and armor? The best face found at this moment is only Hirano Aya mod, but haters will kill me on youtube.
