Here is how I have set up my fog for SkyrimClear now.
Disable the cloud layer nr 28 and with the fog settings below the dark horizon seem will be removed, until you alter the fog settings in your ENB. Fog reaches all the way to the skybox.
RGB Far Fog - Same as horizon color.
RGB Near Fog - 127, 127, 127
Near - 0
Far - 100000.0
Pow - 0.9
Max - 0.4
Pow - Functions as a blender function between the near and far fog, higher values equals stronger blend.
Max - Functions as the density settings, higher values make the fog thicker.
Skyrim DoF settings;
Strength - 0.5
Distance - 40000.0
Range - 0
Blur Radius - 3.0
No Sky - Activated
I have uploaded my latest ELE-Weather.esp to my ELE thread so you can check out how my fog settings behave through that. Link is in my signature below.

kaffeekranz:
The second picture with the Argonian was the best out of the bunch, from where I'm sitting at least.
The other close ups had too intense bokeh effect for my taste.
Yersinia79;
Nice sets of pictures, I dig the character lighting you have managed to get in the first 3 pictures.
Which ELE version is that? 0.0.3 / 05/25 or my latest 0.0.3.4 / 06/27??

Re: TES Skyrim
@confidence-man and jaws
Thanks guys for the tip. I tried a really far fog begin and it work really well. As a noob, I never understant FogColorMultiplier as a whole multiplier (including sunlight).
I thought FogColorMultiplier=0 will remove the fog, but no. I have now the same lighting on the whole landscape including far distant mountains.
You rocks.

@Cruncher - TY! Yes, trying to balance the whites is always difficult.
@Kyo - I like the new images, are you using ELE?
Some more images. All of them were taken with ELE.
