Re: TES Skyrim
Nope it's still the same 314.22 WHQL but IBL and SSAO stoped working i only get SSAO to work with my preset currently for the Hair Geometry, will try Nvidias Driver SSAO.ZeroKing wrote:@ CruNcher
Did you, by any chance, update to any new drivers or make any changes to your game ini files? I have SSAO working fine on 0.188 so far. I didn't get a chance to use IBL though.
I think i even posted SSAO tests on the same building before and it worked back then i could clearly see the difference @ the edges when turning it on and off.
Though when i look closely @ those results somehow i have the feeling SSAO is already active even without being active @ all very strange i have no Nvidia Driver SSAO active but what i did was i tweaked heavily the Detail Shadows.
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2075&start=80#p30260
also i see the Sun Corona through solid Geometry Shining not sure if i saw that before 188
the most intensive ENB version i tested before was 166 beta and IBL and SSAO worked their with the same driver no configuration change.
Though i had issues with SSAO before that it wouldn't show effect on certain TODs (light conditions) but currently it seems to fail on any TOD and only apply on the Hair no matter the Amount or Intensity.
Is SSAO now more dependent on this Helper Mod i don't use that yet ?
Though it shows me i have to define some test sequence especially for SSAO to test that it @ least works @ all, and on any update test it immediately before starting to adapt to the new functions.
I will first try a clean Game Start state (resetting) and then see first if that might fix issues or maybe even in result in complete different results (Bethesdas Save system) really surprised me a lot with ENB and i don't understood how certain things could so dramatically change when calling a clean Game start for ENB maybe it's time again to clean up.
Last time a clean Game start fixed a lot of Dof issues for me (crazy stuff).
Some stuff i gonna work out for myself now that seems to be problematic for me
IBL test
SSAO test
Sun Corona test
and testing the functionality @ each update before adapting
first of all i will try to get IBL back working it's effect when setting it super high is much easier to see then SSAO.
Also im still on 1.8.151 i wont change to 1.9 till Bethesda didn't fixed some NPC Core bugs

OhKay
I've heard too many horror stories about messing with ugrids so I never changed them. I just have to watch some distance shots because you can sometimes see where the terrain isn't rendered.
Nice shots though and nice skies. I like that new clothing. In Unreal's shots it kind of looked like a turtle neck sweater but I see more of it with your shots and it looks good. Nice texture and it shows nice curves

Nice shots, I always liked that area near the boat and tree trunk
Here's some shots with a new DoF....Oyama's Q7 Hexagonal Sharp Regular.

+ 1 on SymphonicJohn, uGrids higher than 5 did become utterly unstable since Bethesda did their fucking "memory optimization" patches, back in 1.6xx I don't know what.

How consistent !
SymphonicJohn
That's some DEPTH of field, right ? Maybe bit too much
