I use the v0.181 version of ENB with Aero Phonics ENB preset found on the nexus (the bug has occurred with any and all presets I've used for oblivion though) and in combat or randomly my whole game except the HUD and menus will turn black like so http://i.imgur.com/dPQQClB.jpg for a couple seconds at a time (in combat it stays longer when I get hit repeatedly). The bug stops when I delete the enb dll or use shift + f12 to deactivate it in-game. Any idea as to what's causing the problem and how I can fix it?

Don't know, oblivion version not tested properly (not popular). I'll try to find similar bug, may be some kind of special effect like blurring occur when fighting.
