No and i can't make them, because time of the day in post process only affect aperture, color perception adaptation by factor of average intensity. You ask things which unlogical, every thing have it own place. If i will do lua scripting, then it will be possible to do things you asked, but i not thought much enough about features, is it really required.

not really, just curious since we do have nightday and interior factors in effects shader. thanks for the explanation though.

Если можно, у меня вопрос конкретно по [TIMEOFDAY].) Как настроить стык NightTime/SunriseTime? Как не пытался настроить пресет, а SunriseTime всё-равно начинается с жуткой тьмы. Чем это может быть обусловлено?

Фактор как называется, так и работает. Промежуток между 0 и 1 заполняет восход или закат, а что именно не определить доступными параметрами. Новые переменные добавлять не буду, шейдеры вообще никаким боком не связаны с временем суток, и без того слишком много по просьбам всунул.
