My game doesn't display properly with

[WINDOW]
ForceBorderless=false
ForceBorderlessFullscreen=false

and I don't like the way it looks with them enabled as I run my game at a resolution lower than my desktop for performance reasons.

I couldnt make 32 act any different :>
34:
- default: fps seems most active/unstable
- pushing f10: similar fps but less active/more stable fps
- pushing f11: slight drop at start but go quick back up to similar fps
- pushing f12: similar to f10
35:
All look good, face diffuse texture is uncompressed. WIP HD6WeatherImageSpace if wondering about colors :>

Test35 is the first one I've seen with the "commited" memory lower than 2G RAM. All previous had above 2G, and CTD at 2.8G. Test35 CTD at 2.1G commited RAM.

stuttering немного сильнее по сравнению с 32-34, но я не уверен, т.к. сплю находу, у меня щас в реальности stuttering начнется. Ояма уже должен придти, у него голова свежее.
Ушел спать.

I don't understand what is wrong if these disabled (will check the code in few minutes). And if you play in resolution lower than desktop, performance will be the same

When I try to run the game with those two options disabled this happens.

1) Game loads in full screen.
2) After 5 seconds returns to a small black window.
3) Intro music begins to play but game isn't loading properly, stuck in a small black window.

When I run with them both set to true, the game runs and works fine but the rendering feels off, more pixelated and jaggy, performance is fine but the game is trying to scale 1080p up to 1440p(my desktop resolution) and it just looks weird.

When these both disabled, then no code of borderless window executed, i checked sources and can try to search again, if you wish

Reviewed code again, nothing modified when borderless parameters set to false.

Back again for more testing. Should I re-do the uGrids test I did with the earlier versions? (Test 10-13)
