Why don't you port enbseries.ini to new version? It's easy, i even thinking about tutorial how to make this.
i dunno how to do that. i'm old and pretty tech illiterate. i would switch to newer but i just haven't found anything that all around, beats the setup i have now. with this enbseries 113 and an old Project ENB, i get consistent 55-60fps (my cap) and fantastic bright vivid colors (many will say too vivid and oversaturated but as i stated, i'm old and eyes are gettin bad. and i play on a 55" hdtv so i need lotsa color and dark contrast.). my specs are i7 3770k, gtx 670 suoerclocked 4gb, 16gb corsair ram. and i run 113 with AO disabled and ran thru Nvidia Inspector. that way, no black aura and no seethru water. the looks i have now...
http://s154.photobucket.com/user/Mookey ... t=3&page=13 of those pics also have URWL added in. they are marked as such.
i've tried newer versions. tried 119 and Project ENB + COT. looked nice but fps dropped to 35-42 and COT always seemed to "wash out" the colors somewhat. and it still had transparent water.
Sharpshooter's had great contrast. colors weren't as vivid as i liked. was using 168enb. again, got about 35-40fps. K ENB came the closest to the vivid bright colors but at what a cost! they still weren't as vivid as mine now tho but only because there was grain which i could remove and a pale white "film" over everything. probably coulda gotten the film removed too but i didn't bother when i was getting around 28fps even in interiors!
i've recently added RCRN in w/ projectenb and 113. trying to get something for weather, and it has good dynamic interior weather and sound.
1. at what version did ENBs get the transparent water fixed? and do they have working weather at the moment?
2. do you know of any combination of newer enbs that would give me the look in my pics but also fix the gloss on walls changing and the snow flashing i mentioned?
3. and lastly, in your last reply, did you mean i could just take this old enbseries i'm using now from old Project ENB and somehow convert it to use a newer series?
thanks again for your incredible work and time!!
