Re: TES Skyrim

Midhras, you need to make a wallpaper pack of those shots. Seriously, they're just about the perfect desktop background for someone who likes Skyrim.

Also, some 2.35:1 from WIP config - unaltered of course. I wish there was some sort of pin lighting post process I could run over everything in-game.

And after some tweaking of the palette white values:

Re: TES Skyrim

Falmer are pretty creepy, like the creatures from Descent. It'd be sweet if they crawled on the walls.

Re: TES Skyrim

midhras: Those are unbelievable shots! You HAVE to make a wallpaper pack out of this, it's so freaking awesome!

Re: TES Skyrim

@Trillville If I make a wallpaper pack, will you do one as well? Seriously, that dragon anamorphic shot is out of this world. I've already hoarded a nice set of your 2.40:1 shots that I'm not parting with soon. But thanks for your enthusiasm guys. That makes making these a whole lot more worthwhile.

Re: TES Skyrim

That's some clever shit right there. Very original.

Re: TES Skyrim

Thanks, but not original. Just - I hope and do try - well executed. I've only learned how to do this yesterday, so I hope I'll be able to make some really great shots later on. I'm actually pretty stoked to see what the different ENB's will deliver; how bokeh will affect these shots.

I've yet to see anyone else do this here, so yes I would call it original. :)

Re: TES Skyrim

@Ronnie/kalicola: I'll do a tutorial once I post a wallpaper collection to the nexus. Right now I'm using all my free time between work and life to make some new ones. You can read up on it online in the meanwhile. You need to have an array of software, not free, but you can also do it the hard way, like I tried in my first god-awful goes. That takes a looooong time. Search for 'little planets' + 'stereographic projection'. You'll figure it out.

Dragons!
