I am trying to calibrate my monitor, but I''m not sure if I've done it right. Can you see where this characters hair ends, or does it blend into the background? Does the image look too dark? Too much contrast? Thank you for helping!
Which one of these three images do you like best?
TES Skyrim

BTW my monitor is calibrated using Xrite Eye-One color meter.

Re: TES Skyrim
evok99;
The colors are all "separated" without any blending on my screens, both my "eye-calibrated" monitor and my hardware calibrated monitor.
The third shoot looks best in my opinion, the colors are very natural/neutral looking in that one and are more defined.
Then I would go with the first shoot (or 2nd depending how you see it) a bit more saturation in it but at good level, not too much that is.
The third shoot looked to be a bit over exposed or just at the edge of being overexposed.

Re: TES Skyrim
Thank you Jawz, you input is always insightful.
How do I get the colors to blend?
So you like the third image, but it might be a bit too exposed and saturated? Do I fix the exposure by lowering the contrast?

Have to agreed with Jawz, third pic is more balanced and natural in colors, especially the skin. it has that pinkish look to it, not like the first pic where its greenish, second where it's yellowish.

Re: TES Skyrim
evok99,
For me the first looks relaxed and calming cause of the higher amount of yellow and the natural contrast,
while the third one is missing yellow, so the small red tint and the blue results in a cooler look.
1 & 3 are my favs, but I'd like to see a mix of em, too.
#2 loses details.
edit:
Just for the record, my monitor isn't calibrated for image processing.
And listen to --JawZ--, while using his enb I've never seen such smooth harmonically colours / contrasts ingame again.
--JawZ--, when you're eventually pleased with your enb status again, feel free to share a sample. Just noticed I've lost your files.
edit²:
Kurrently testing Kountervibe with my half Khajiit (oh, my poetry is bad as always, pardon me).
The vanilla bug enb reference is highlighting after loading a cell is a little bit disrupting.

Midgard9;
Thanks, much appreciated
Funny you should bring that up I'm almost ready to release my next ELE preset With TOD but not per weather adjustment.
I need to take care of the sunrise settings then go over the overall exterior in all time periods then move on to interiors and do my work there. This preset will be using 0.197 and the new .fx GUI features implemented and ready to be used.

Long time lurker, first time poster. Thought I'd share a few screenshots from my game that I've been using as backdrops.
the enb is a made up of different bits from other presets with some tweaks.
