[MEMORY]
ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true
ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true
DisableDriverMemoryManager=false
ReservedMemorySizeMb=512

You hit the nail on the head Boris, stuttering is completely gone for me and I'm even getting a slight fps boost.

tgpomy
It's game engine bugs which appear at very high fps (sounds rediculous), just use any method to limit fps.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.198

Boris,

This is amazing. ATI user. Just walked from Solitude to Falkreath with only minimal micro stuttering in heavy areas. Typically my RAM usage in Task Manager is 2.6GB or more. After the entire walk, my usage is at 1.75GB. My FPS ranged from 45-60, most was over 50. This opens up all new possibilities for Skyrim. I will be testing higher ini settings and see what happens.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.198

OMG!
198 is rock solid on my AMD 7850 2GB. Ran around Whiterun, ran around Riften, and haven't noticed any stutter with true, true, true, 512 in eblocal.ini and uGrid 7. I even tried uGrid 9, and I was able to run around Whiterun for 20 minutes with HD DLC, USKPHD, Skyrim HD4k and one other HD 2K mod. I couldn't load Riften with 9, but I think this is Skyrim issue with high uGrid. Here's the SPM screen when I was running around Whiterun, and RAM never went over 800MB. Thank you Boris, and ENB is one keeping me playing Skyrim more than a year still.
