Anyone know what is causing this?

When I am far away from some walls or doors they look like this:



Then as I get closer it switches to this:



This issue is the primary reason why I haven't really used any parallax mods. Many doors or walls have this issue. I have ENB FixParallaxBugs=True set.

Matrix not captured inside some interiors. Can be fixed if i remember, but don't want to bother as don't remember how i did it in the past, tricky code
