I've faced this problem with all the mods using enb series in Skyrim. When I turn enbseries on in the game there are some people (not actually the npcs themselves, but the metal made thing on them) who are shyning so brightly as the sun itself. I figured out that the glittering things on them are like knives, crowns and so on. I couldn't find any solution to this anywhere. They always ask me to give them screenshots, but my other problem is that I can't make any screenshots in Skyrim, not matter how I try. I pressed the printscreen button a million times, but nothing. I can't even paste the pictures in Paint. Absolutely nothing.

You mean they just shine or bright spots of light like lazer beams spoted in to camera? If second, this bug happen with wrong material setup of mods and also appear in old versions of the mod (later i did workarounds against most of such objects).

If all versions after 0.168 have this problem, then it's because of mods or may be drivers. This issue happen for hdr images, vanilla game have only 1 max intensity of each pixel, with hdr it's very huge and any bug with wrong intensity is visible as huge spot of bloom or lenz fx. If you don't want to search what the problem is, set bloom intensity to 0 in enbseries.ini
