Re: TES Skyrim 0.206

Sorry, forgot about it. Anyway, second give enough results. Are you sure there is no other software running like tweakers, overclocking, monitoring and all kind of popular crap for gamers?

I am not sure on all the categories ... but I know I don't use any special tools or toys. I have not overclocked this card (which I got recently, prior to that I had a 2G GTX 680 that had been over-clocked by the company I got the PC from). My MB is Sabertooth x79 and is set to maximize performance.

I have used FRAPS and SWEETFX, but did disable both of them for the tests I did today. I have steam running while playing and I also use SKSE.

I could give a screenshot of all the processes running in the windows task manager if that might help.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.206

Play for 5 hours, very stable comparatively. no stutters of note, the best version ever.

I had sunrays coming through objects again, hasn't occured for a long time. I am using 320.49 drivers and in the last few versions, this problem was solved, but its back.

Another problem I had was the game would intermittently CTD during loading (not infinite load) ( often after dying within the game) and a couple of times during area transitions. Definitely related to RAM, as it improves markedly with lowering texture size/quality. I still get a crash coming up from the basement of Jorrvaska every time, I am using vanilla textures mostly, some future replacements and I even have turned off SMIM. I have no idea why this occurs. After the CTD, reloading the game, I am able to exit the basement everytime. ODD.

Running on a Titan.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.206

Just as anFYI but seems to be a common problem from what I have read online at various websites, including a statement from Microsoft that it is a known issue.

I also just found a tool, GPU-Z, and it does report the correct memory:

msinfo32 did not report the correct size.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.206

I haven't had any issues with 0.206, but I did the test anyway (the last one):

video (local)-> -1.092.444.160
video (non-local)-> 1.092.378.624
texture-> -65.536

This is with an HD7970 3GB, I can't add a signature with my specs yet :(

Sorry if I bumb my post but I forgot something important: with 202 binaries my memory available in Statistic is around 3600-3700, with 204 was around 70 and with 206 was on 400~700.
I don't know if it's an important information, but I considered it worth to tell.
