I have the same issue. Rollback to some old graphics driver did not change anything....
graphic card is an HD7990

I have the same bug. AMD 7850 2Gb by Asus, O/C. Since I install version 0.184 have crashers at the loading screen. Skyrim's ENB stable, 0 crashes. Use AMD driver 13.4 and 13.8beta. Win 7 x64 SP1. Try ENB 0.184 and 0.190 at FO3 and FO:NV. I think it is conflict with AMD drivers. I try to downclock my videocard to defalt frecuency, have no results. O/C by standart AMD CCC.

I just also wanted to register and give a comment on this problem, I have an ATI 7970 with the newest drivers. I've been trying to run FalloutNV with the latest ENB (0.194) but get instant crash on start up with "driver has stopped responding" error. It also crashes Firefox when this happens. Earlier iterations of ENB work fine, I previously had 0.173 working with no issues. Something has been introduced with this newest driver that is causing us ATI owners problems.

I've been testing all night, it looks like it's something to do with ENB. I did all of my tests with everything off, only things running were explorer.exe and a few trivial tasks. I also tried both the injector and wrapper versions on both Fallout 3 and New Vegas. I can only guess it's something changed from v0.173 - v0.190. Boris if you do attempt to fix it goodluck! Tested latest update. No change. Still crashing on new enb, not crashing on old. Tested using multiple driver versions.
