This is underwater obiously, happens all the time.
It happens only in the one city o.O EDIT: Fixed in 0.102
Bad texture compression (green spots)?
It's a bit hard to notice, but the PointLightSpecular shine through the wall (orange leaves of vine, it's from the smiths forge).

Game draw itself something horrible for the sky if undewater, it's not my fault. I'll find solution somehow anyway.
Green spots on the window may be same as in previous version as bloom sparkles, try old in that area (can't fix it any more, because lowest color value of 64 bit hdr texture, to use 128 bit is performance unfriendly). If it's not, then texture compression artifacts.
Specular is not my fault, i only modify it's amount.
Vampire and Khajiit visions are not fixed, because they are part of post processing code in enbeffect.fx, i can only set brightness control from game to them, but don't want to apply desaturation and other ugly fx from game, so i'll do this all later, after new year.

Ничего подобного. Достаточно снести мод и притормозить игру каким-нибудь фоновым процессом, чтоб получить тот же баг

На первом скриншоте меч и щит какие-то полупрозрачные. Такими они иногда становятся. Можно ли как то исправить?
На втором скриншоте сильно видна разность между горами и небом. Притом почти всегда так (при туманной погоде особенно). Тот же вопрос =)
И да, я не говорю что мод ужасен! Я просто оставляю отзыв! Спасибо, Борис!
