Kalex: Are you loading a single save for this test? Also, it might help others to know your specs, notice everyone else has there hardware basics in signature around here?
Boris: I'm liking new subpixelAA. Cloud fix looks pretty good. An interesing find, for me anyway...no confirmation from anyone else...adjusting(lowering, current for me is 100ms) fUpdateBudgetMS in skyrimprefs.ini turned out better for ghosting with TAA, though audio skips/warbles a bit.

Well yeah, fixed my signature accordingly.
I'm unable to load any save as my game CTD instantly after starting it. (Game works fine without Enb though of course)

And you can start without ENB?

GTX560 users have a lot of problems by some reason, change parameter of video memory size, there is nothing i can help, changes are unimportant to problems you mentioned.

I just tried your test file (using 0.212 + adding the test file) but it made my game CTD instantly after starting the game.
Do you know that first test i gave you was with two minor changes which i thought may somehow interfere creation of textures in video memory instead of managed, but second test was exactly the same as 0.212, because of this report from you? Solve own bugs, there is nothing wrong with ENBSeries/ENBoost (and i think it's other software).
Ah, I'm VERY familiar with that aliasing. Usually I have IgnoreLoadingScreens=true so I wasn't noticing the effect there. I set IgnoreLoadingScreens=false and turned all of the specularity values you directed to 10.0 (about 8 times the usual).
My first loading screen couldn't have been a more perfect test. It was the one with the dwarven suit of armor and I honestly can say I didn't need to take a screenshot to notice the difference. As opposed to it looking like it has lines of little white ants crawling around on it, it looked like it was made of bronze polished to a fine sheen, almost mirror-like. I was stunned. I reset my specularity to the usual values (all ~1.5) and the next loading screen was the dragonscale cuirass. Again, the effects were amazing. Obviously it wasn't as amazing as the bronze with high specularity but all the little highlights were placed exactly as they are supposed to be, absolutely no artificial shimmering, nothing. It LOOKS like you applied SSAA to the specular maps.
If you'd like I can do further testing but from my point of view, it's brilliant. I'm hoping to see the silver sword loading screen as that one always bothered me with a crawling shimmer down the edge to see if that goes away. It's not going to be something very noticeable during actual play I don't think, occasionally a little something, looking right. On loading screens it is VERY visible and looks fantastic.
So, it works and very well at that!
