@ Boris
Newer version works beautifully. Less stuttering, but I'll have to put the game into a stress test first to give you some definite numbers. Of course, even at @1620p, Skyrim is running more gorgeously with 0.213 binary than ever before.

Just send me your address and I'll see what I can do about getting you some hardware. I'm heading to Moscow in any case

ReservedMemorySizeMb ----> stick with either 256 or 512
VideoMemorySizeMb ----> formulae for value: VRAM + RAM - 2048 or VRAM + RAM - 2048/2 or VRAM ----> best to stick with third formula value first

@Zeroking - Thank you! I will try all three formulas to see which works best. I hate being poor...I think I have one of the worst computers on this board lol. Oh well, 12fps isn't that bad.
@evok99
You have same RAM and VRAM as me, so maybe my test results help you: I find ReservedMemorySizeMB works best at either 0 or 1024. 512 and 256 both cause more stuttering for me. Best setting probably depends on many factors like whether you use HD textures etc
Everything is working great. Just hopping in here with a question about vignette. When I enable Temporal AA there is a really bad reaction to the bottom and top black bars on the screen providing the vignette movie look. They get all weird when moving. Anyone else notice this and know of a fix?
I am getting a solid 55-60 (more indoors) fps on my 3930K 5.0Ghz & Sabertooth & Titan & 32Gb 2400 Corsair & Eizo CG276 at 2560x1440.
Even on my machine, I've lowered many of my smaller object textures like weapons, crowns, jewelry, shrubs etc. to 1024x1024 to get it stable and I don't even have many mods installed (in the load order, I've a ton of graphics upgrade installed though) and I am running a fairly performance ENB (Ruvaak Dahmaan, looks great and surprising lite!). But I do have fairly maxed ini settings though.
With full HD textures as per Skyrim Revisited Legendary, even optimized, I will get freezes every 10-30minutes no matter which version of ENB I use (unless I have no other mods installed). If I have no mods (only graphic mods) install I can run all super HD with no crashes with Boris' ENB. With lower res textures I have no crashes for 5+ hours straight!
GENERAL QUESTION:
Odd, I am still getting a light purple tinge to the skin of my character. Haven't gotten rid of the "removed bronze shine" mod, I've fixed the problem on ALL NPCs where I was getting this silly very bright purple tinge on everyone's skin in bright sun light (with or without ENB), BUT I can still see a faint light purple to my player character though still. Its much much better, but its still there, I have tried switching out different textures for UNP and it doesn't seem to help? It disappears indoors. Is this a UV, normal map problem? How should I go about eliminating it.
Does anyone have a link to the ENB port of Luma Sharpen? It was mentioned in a previous thread, but there are so many pages to check and the search function didn't help either.
