I enabled the supersampling settings in enbseries.ini. Went to skyrim prefs, and manually set resolution to 2560x1440.
Then booted up launcher, but the only resolutions were:
low res
1920x1080
3840x2160
It had skipped over 2560, 3840 is way too big of a performance hit, how do I get a 2560 downsampled resolution.
Thanks.
Downsampling skipping over 2560x1440 to 3840x2160, help?

The supersampling method in ENB uses exact multiple values of the screen resolution. Going from 1080p to 1440p is not possible for ENB. Just make a custom resolution via the drivers and downsample from there instead and edit your SkyrimPrefs.ini to have your chosen new resolution.
