I haven't had much time to work on this (mainly because of other games, work, life, and the fact that I managed to accidentally delete my Fallout installation), but I'll keep hacking away at it.
In all honesty, I think more presets should be released. Dirty Peasant? Confidence Man? Wanny? Anything new from all of you in the pipeline?

I think ENB work well with custom weather.
Rain does not display so well if I move to take screenshot, but it look nice in game.

Went for a darker look than with NV.
For some reason FO3 hits my old machine even harder than NV does.
