Its affected by the location of models... since if you place the fish deep enough then dispersion should not affect it... at least that is what I found. But there are just too many fish in the sea, and I have not been annoyed enough by the issue yet to create a mod that moves fish further down.Sorry I edited and added more pictures after your post to the prior post. Do you mean its a game water issue and ENB simply brings it out further with dispersion effect?

I understand, but this is an issue with almost every object as you can see from the previous posts pictures, actors and objects a like, fish were just an example thats most obvious. Thats the reason why I was wondering if there was something I could do to compensate for the effect..

Aiyen doesn't get what you're saying.
Cruncher has mentioned this issue a few pages back, but iirc Boris doesn't want to change dispersion at the cost of performance right now.

EDIT I found the post by Maeldun and Boris's response to that, I guess we were speaking of the same issue.

Thank you kaffeekranz
I just thought it was a fish issue... if it was the issue that cruncher came up with then you are right and I am mistaken.
Just as far as I have messed with it then you can solve many of the issues by just moving models further down. Can ofc. be annoying for certain screenshots you might want to take, but for just playing the game and walking around and not have it stand out then that is the only solution I have found.

I see, that is a lot of things to move around for just playing, like you said.
I was certain Boris wouldnt have missed something like that when coding it, and was hoping for an easier remedy. You cant have it all can you?

With those fishes you speaking about vanilla game issues, just forget it, i don't think that will do solution, doesn't cost performance drop.
Dispersion will not change, it developed for vanilla game textures and for textures of Pure Waters and W.A.T.E.R which i tested, don't see issues like that. Again, performance is not the way to "fix", it's very expensive.
Moving objects deeper is just a partial solution, depth of water is not distorted by waves, that's why all issues occur.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.229
Boris,
I noticed a minor issue with certain textures. I think these are technically decals, but I can't be sure. Basically, at certain angles the texture surfaces of certain objects can disappear. This used to happen with the specular parts of tombs and barrows, and has thankfully been fixed. I just hope this can be as well without causing other problems elsewhere.
Missing surfaces.
EDIT: I did test with FixParallaxBugs both on and off and had the same results.
